Implementing Web 2.0 in the corporate environment

With our modular Enterprise 2.0 system on an open source basis, we have created a simple and integrated system for companies from various industries. Our goal is to enable our customers to carry out the principles of Web 2.0 - to shift from centralized content to user-generated content, to work jointly on documents available online (eg wikis) and to combine existing data sources into new, innovative applications, the so-called mashups. Examples of the use of Enterprise 2.0 are

• the conception and development of online communities in corporate Intranets
• the use of knowledge management applications (such as social bookmarking or wikis) within corporate structures
• the use of mashups (such as the combination of map applications with location-based information services and/or RSS feeds, weblogs etc.) in internal applications
